How to create more magic in your life

You have a magic that is all your own. Don’t listen to the naysayer in your head who wants you to think that you don’t have anything original to offer, that you can’t do it, that it’s too hard. That voice is there for a reason, and all you have to do to create more magic in your life is to listen to it. Speak your truth. Show up. Do the bold and scary thing. And when you do that, like Joseph Campbell so wonderfully said, doors will open where there were none.

I know that you have a hunch - even if you can’t fully articulate it - that you’re meant to be doing more with your life. That you have important work to do. That there is something you’re meant to be teaching, creating, or offering. I’m asking you to please, please listen to that hunch.

The world is hurting. It has enough pain, enough negativity, enough people who have lived so long in fear that they can’t see any escape but violence. If anything is going to change, we need all of us to rise up and live in the possibility of love, compassion, understanding, and magic. When you live in that place, you become a leader no matter where you stand. You change the energy for the people around you.

When you tap into that spark, that source within you that only you have, that is your own natural magic. And the more people we have living from that place, the better the world will be.

So how do you go about doing this? It’s simple, but not easy:

  1. Listen to your soul. That voice within you that keeps nudging you to do the bold thing? That you probably shush away thinking, that’s crazy or impossible? That is your soul calling, and it’s time to answer.

  2. Take the first step. You don’t have to climb the whole mountain in a single bound - in fact, you can’t. But you can put your shoes on. So whatever that means to you, whether it’s registering the domain name, making the phone call, or writing the blog post - do it.

  3. Keep going. Take a break if you need to. Celebrate and drink champagne if you want to. But after that first step, there is another one. And another one. But it gets easier, and the momentum you build with each step propels you to the next one. And eventually, you’ll get where you want to be.

You can do some of this on your own, but eventually you will hit a stopping point. This is where coaching and support becomes absolutely critical - and I’m not saying that because I’m a coach! I would not be where I am today without the myriad coaches, healers, and teachers I’ve worked with on my path.

That brings me to my exciting announcement :)

I have two more spots open in my new private coaching program, Natural Magic.
